EasyTerms may modify these T&Cs at any time, without notice. The EasyTerms Mobile Application can be downloaded via mobile application stores (such as Google Play or the App Store) using available technologies, and in particular a smartphone-type mobile terminal.
To benefit from the Service, the User must therefore have a smartphone, internet access and a Personal User Account (see Article 4).
The Service is essentially presented in the form of a parade of applications present on the user's smartphone.
The features of the EasyTerms Mobile Application are as follows:

- When using the application for the first time, the user will be offered a presentation of the application via a carousel

The provision of this data and the validation of the personal account are essential to the provision of the Service.
The User undertakes to provide true, sincere, complete and always up-to-date information.
In the event that the information transmitted by the User proves to be false, incomplete, obsolete or does not allow the provision of the Service under the best conditions, EasyTerms reserves the right to close the User's personal account and thus to refuse him access to the Service, without notice and without this giving him any right to compensation.
The User undertakes to create only one Personal Account corresponding to his identity.
The User remains solely responsible for any use that may be made of his identifiers and password, and their confidentiality, as well as for any use of his Personal Account.
The User undertakes to immediately inform EasyTerms of any use or risk of fraudulent use of his Personal Account, and of any breach of confidentiality and security of his identifiers and password at the contact email address: [email protected]
EasyTerms cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any loss or theft or any damage resulting from the loss or theft or fraudulent use of User identification data.
Downloading and using the EasyTerms Mobile Application is free.
The Mobile Application downloaded free of charge provides access to all the services offered as described in Article 3 hereof.
The EasyTerms Service aims to raise awareness among users so that they pay attention to the data they agree to give to certain services. Any use of the Service contrary to this purpose will be contrary to these T&Cs.
The User acknowledges having the skills and technical means necessary to download and use the Mobile Application, the equipment used remaining exclusively their responsibility.
The User undertakes to provide accurate information when registering allowing access to the Service in accordance with Article 4 hereof.
The User is informed in particular of the fact that use of the Service may require acceptance of the scanning of the applications he owns when using the Mobile Application for proper use of the Service.
The User undertakes to make adequate and lawful use of the Service and its contents, in accordance with the legislation in force, these T&Cs, morality, good customs and public order.
Users who use the Service for purposes prohibited by law and/or contrary hereto will be exposed to legal proceedings and the data allowing their identification may be provided to the competent authorities in the event of legal proceedings initiated against them.
EasyTerms is a simple awareness-raiser informing Users. The User is therefore entirely responsible for the use made of the Service, as well as for the decisions he or she may make after consulting the information contained in the Mobile Application. - Undertake unauthorized or fraudulent use of the Mobile Application and/or its contents for illicit purposes or effects;

EasyTerms undertakes to provide a Service in accordance with these T&Cs.
EasyTerms reserves the right to modify any information or content appearing in the Mobile Application, at any time and without notice, as part of its update or the correction of errors or inaccuracies or if this seems appropriate. without this giving Users the right to any compensation.
In the event of violation of these T&Cs or the laws and regulations in force, in particular in the event of failure by a User to comply with one or more of the rules mentioned above in Article 6, or whose behavior could compromise or risk compromising the good operation of the Service or infringe the rights of third parties or the reputation of the Service, EasyTerms reserves the right to suspend and/or unilaterally terminate the execution hereof under the conditions referred to in Article 10 hereof, and to block and/or delete the Personal Account of the User concerned as well as their access to all or part of the Service, to delete the content in dispute, temporarily or permanently, without this entitling the User to any compensation.

EasyTerms is in no way responsible for these interruptions and the consequences which may result for the User.
EasyTerms will not be responsible for the inadequate functioning of the Service if it results from maintenance operations, incidents, or problems related to its ability to support the systems essential to the use of the service, although EasyTerms will use its best efforts to ensure a rapid response, without taking responsibility for delays linked to telecommunications services. In particular, EasyTerms will in no way be responsible for the malfunction of telephone operators and Internet access providers to which the User has used.
The User remains solely responsible for any use that may be made of his identifiers and password, and their confidentiality, as well as for any use of his Personal Account. EasyTerms cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any loss or theft or any damage resulting from fraudulent use of User identification data.
As a technical service provider, EasyTerms is not required to verify the veracity of the information provided by Users and declines all responsibility for the inaccuracy of the data, information disseminated by Users via the Mobile Application, or errors or omissions. that they may include as well as any damage resulting from the use of any content provided by a User.
EasyTerms offers no guarantee as to the operation and availability of access to the EasyTerms Mobile Application in the event of the occurrence of force majeure or fortuitous events as defined by the regulations and case law in force.

In the case of downloading the free Mobile Application, these T&Cs are subscribed for an indefinite period from their acceptance by the User under the conditions described in Article 1.
Access to the Mobile Application and the Service could be interrupted temporarily or permanently, in particular in the event of cessation by EasyTerms of the activity in question, or in the event of judicial or amicable liquidation of the company ́EasyTerms. These T&Cs would then be automatically terminated.
In the event of the death of the User, the contractual relations between him and EasyTerms will be automatically terminated and his Personal Account will be deactivated, upon production of the relevant supporting documents from the beneficiaries. Its content may only be transmitted to rights holders by court decision.
In the event of violation of these terms by the User, or of the laws and regulations in force, in particular, but not exclusively, in the event of failure by a User to comply with one or more of the rules mentioned above in Article 6, or in the event of behavior that compromises or risks compromising the proper functioning of the Service or harming the rights of third parties or the reputation of the Service, EasyTerms reserves the right to unilaterally suspend and/or terminate the execution hereof, and to block and/or or delete the Personal Account of the User concerned, as well as their access to all or part of the Service, to delete the content in dispute, temporarily or permanently, without this entitling the User to any compensation, and without prejudice to any legal action that EasyTerms may subsequently take to assert its rights.
Any User can unsubscribe from the Mobile Application at any time by following the following procedure:

11.1 Intellectual property titles of EasyTerms
The entire content of the Mobile Application, photographs, logos, images, sounds, video, graphics, texts, or illustrations as well as its structure, databases, software, codes as well as any other material and visual component component the Mobile Application is protected, in particular by intellectual property rights of which EasyTerms remains the sole owner.
These T&Cs do not entail any transfer of any kind of intellectual property rights on the elements belonging to EasyTerms and/or its partners for the benefit of the User.
Users undertake to respect the intellectual property rights attached to the elements making up the Mobile Application and are prohibited, in particular, from distributing, publishing, transmitting, assigning them to any third party, exploiting them for commercial purposes, or reproducing them. , copy or modify them without the express authorization of EasyTerms. In particular, any extraction or reuse of data contained in the Mobile Application, beyond its normal use, is strictly prohibited for any User and is subject to the express prior authorization of EasyTerms.
11.2 Right to use the Mobile Application by the User
The User only has a strictly personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Mobile Application. Any other use is subject to the prior and express authorization of EasyTerms.
Any reproduction, representation or distribution, including the addition of new functions to it or the making of modifications to it which would alter its operation, by any means whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, is strictly prohibited. , with the sole exception of the right to reproduce for storage for purposes of representation for backup copy or printing on paper in one copy, provided that the integrity of the documents is respected.
The right to use the Mobile Application granted under these T&Cs may be terminated at any time by the User by uninstalling the Application and eliminating all copies of the Mobile Application on their devices or by termination hereof under the terms of article 11.
12.1 General
As part of the performance of its services, EasyTerms may collect personal data relating in particular to the population of natural persons subject to the services ordered by Users.

12.2 EasyTerms’ obligations under GDPR legislation:
